What is the turnaround time for completion of projects?

Project turnaround times will vary depending on how many services you want done in your project. You and your assistant will discuss deadlines during your conversation.

Can I speak to someone before I assign a project?

Yes! This is actually step 3! Once you choose your menu of services and package, the next step is to book your assistant! During this conversation, you will be able to decide whether you want to assign your project to us! Assistants are available for 30 minute increments, based off their times of availability. These calls are absolutely Free!

How do I get assigned an assistant?

Once you submit your service menu, choose your package, and book your consult time, assistants review the booking calendar along with your information, and the right assistant will take your consult based off of their skills that are relatable to your project, and will be your main contact person during the duration of your project.

What kind of expertise will my assistant have?

Our assistants are former owners and Directors of a licensed childcare center and family childcare home. Combined we have 23+ years of experience in the childcare business industry, Human Resource, General Accounting and Bookkeeping, Payroll, Early Childhood development, Staff Training and Development, Management and much more!

Will my project ever be delegated to a different assistant?

If you have a large project size, parts of your project may be delegated to another assistant on our team. This information will be disclosed during your initial contact with your assigned assistant. If at any time during your project, your assistant finds the need to delegate some of your projects tasks to another assistant, you will be notified beforehand.

How do assistants handle time off, vacation and holidays?

Assistants take on projects according to their schedule. Since they create their own schedules for reoccurring projects, if for some reason your assistant will be taking time off, you will be notified of such arrangements and the contact information of the person you will be handling your project in your assistant’s absence. All assistants are not available to work on major US holidays, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Will I be able to get in contact with my assistant via phone?

The fastest and easiest way to get in contact with your assistant is via email. However, we understand that sometimes things are easier to explain via a phone call. If this is the case, you will simply need to use your assistant's contact method (which is given to you) and your assistant will get back to you within 24 hours.

What if I am unsatisfied with the work that has been provided to me? Are there any refunds?

Because projects are service based, and the work that is done you will have access to, there are no refunds. However, the consultation process ensures that we understand the end goal of your project, and your assistant will continuously communicate with you during the duration of your project to ensure your satisfaction! If you have chosen a when needed plan, a 50% non-refunable deposit is due before your assistant begins work.

How do I cancel/terminate services? (For Ongoing Services such as Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Plans)

If at any time, you need to cancel/terminate services, you will simply be able to do this by logging into your account in our portal. This is also where you can update and change your credit card information.
